Regular meetings shall be held bi-monthly on the third Wednesday of the month or on a date agreed at the preceding meeting.
Special meetings will be called by the President at any time upon the written request of any five club members. Notwithstanding, the President may call a special meeting if he/she and the club officers consider it necessary.
Notices shall be sent to members concerning special meetings and the business to be transacted. Only such business as designated shall be transacted.
Such notices shall be sent so that they arrive not less than 48 hours before the meeting (unless it is an emergency meeting).
An Annual General Meeting will be held in April of each year.
